Founded in 2018 by award-winning chef Marco Attard, The Bistro began as a dream to bring together the robust flavours of the Mediterranean with the finest locally sourced Maltese produce. Nestled in a beautifully restored 17th-century townhouse in Valletta, every corner of the restaurant tells a story.
Our menu changes with the seasons, guided always by what is freshest from our island's farms and the surrounding sea. We believe great food is an act of generosity — a gift from kitchen to table that is best shared in good company.
